Herijuana Marijuana Seeds Information

Originally created by Woodhorse Seeds and perfected by Moterabel, Herijuana is a parental lineage of highly regarded Humboldt County Afghan indica called Petrolia Headstash and an outdoor hybrid from Kentucky known as the “Killer New Haven”. This strain was engineered by breeders for 15 generations to result in an inbred line (IBL), resulting in a near-identical plant. It carries an aroma that boasts of hints of lemon and a strong pungent base that displays delicious earthiness. The plants grow large dense flowers and golf like buds covered by yellow hairs and frosty trichomes.

It’s cerebral high will leave you feeling happy and euphoric. You will feel creative and energetic as well. On the other hand, smoking more than the average can cause you to hide in the comforts of your bed and sleep. With its potent sedative effects, it is ideally used in the evening or nighttime.

Negative Effects You Can Expect from Herijuana.

Just like any other marijuana strain, Herijuana presents with side effects such as the parched mouth and dry eyes. To reduce the effects, ingest sufficient amounts of fluids especially water. To soothe those red eyes, use a good eye moisturizer.

If you have a low tolerance to the strain, then you may likely experience anxiety, dizzy spells and worse, paranoia. Don’t worry, this is temporary and disappears after some time. Remember to just go slow with the doses and take in moderation.

How to Grow Herijuana?

Herijuana can thrive both indoors and outdoors. It grows fast and produces a lot of side branches. It is fairly resistant to temperature changes, mold, and fungal disease, making it a strain of choice for beginners.

Many growers recommend keeping Herijuana indoors due to its considerable height. It grows tall which puts this plant at risk from toppling over and overshadowing itself. You need to prune and top the plant. Snip off the top part to encourage sideways growth and tie the growing plant to a trellis as support. You can also use the Sea of Green method to hasten the flowering stage and increase yields. Remember once you have your harvest, be very gentle when drying as the delicate hairs have a habit of falling off if they are mishandled.

Indoors, harvest comes after 8 to 9 weeks. This strain may yield an average of 18 ounces of buds during a fruitful harvest season. Outdoors, it flowers throughout the summer before it is ready for picking around late September to early October. An average of about 16 ounces of bud per plant is produced at harvest time.
