Strain Information

This Indica leaning hybrid is bred by In-house Genetics, a Pacific Northwest based creators. The weed is a combination of the Mendo Breath strain and the Do-Si-Dos strain, both which share the OG Kush Breath genetic lineage. It boasts of a balanced high that is mentally calming and physically relaxing. The plant has small unimpressive buds that are covered in frosty trichomes and expresses a tangy flavor with hints of berries and citrus.

What are the Flavor and Effects of Jelly Breath?

The small, frosty nugs of this Indica dominant hybrid offers a universally tasty tangy, jam-like flavor profile. When combusted, you will taste some hints of berries and citrus that brings the flavors all together. The balanced head to toe high is felt almost immediately after the first toke. The mental headrush will lead you to become more focused and aware of your surroundings. Sounds and objects may seem intensified. This creates a general uplift in your mood that slowly progresses towards calm and euphoria. The physical buzz, on the other hand, is consistenly relaxing and soothing. When taken too fast and too high, it may lead you to a comatose-like state or couchlock.

What are the Medicinal Benefits of Jelly Breath?

Due to its recreational effects, this bud is a great weed for cannabis patients. It offers relief for those who are suffering from stress, depression, chronic anxiety, and even insomnia. It is also great for those who needs help in focusing on single tasks, like those suffering from ADD and ADHD. Physical pains and aches can also be alleviated with the help of this bud. This includes inflammataions, knee pains from injury, back aches, arthritis and even women’s period cramps.

Negative Effects You Can Expect from Jelly Breath?

The headrush at the onset of the high can be quite disorienting to those who are new to the cannabis world or those with low THC tolerance levels. It can cause dizziness, nausea or even headaches. Thus, moderation should always be key when smoking cannabis. Dry, red and itchy eyes is another common side effect from this potent strain. This uncomfotable effect is almost always accompanied by cotton mouth.

How to Grow Jelly Breath?

The plant can be grown indoors and outdoors. Indoor growing tends to be more convenient and preferred by many experienced cultivators as the plants are typically short and bushy. They can grow to heights between 2 to 3.5 feet only. Trimming the upper broad fan leaves is necessary to help light and air reach the flowering nodes in the lower leaves. The plant is naturally resistant to molds and mildew but in order to help it reach its full potential within 65 to 75 days, it is important to provide it with enough attention, care and nutrients consistently.
